View Matrix
Extracts information regarding Views and Responsibilities. Each View can
also be marked as to when it will be made available to Siebel end-users.
Color-coding highlights when views will be made available to the end users.

Extracts information regarding Views and Responsibilities and displays it by
Employee Type. Color-coding identifies views that are not currently
assigned to any employees. The matrix also provides a count of the total
views that are assigned to the various Responsibilities and Employee Types. |

Position Hierarchy Matrix
Extracts information regarding the hierarchy of Position assignments to each
other. In Siebel, it is difficult to understand the reporting
relationship of the various positions. With this matrix it is easy to see
those relationships and determine where there are breaks in the chain of the
